Mr. Pradip S. Jadhav is the Founder and Principal Scientist of Smear Pathology, Indapur, with a strong academic foundation in Microbiology and Medical Laboratory Technology. With his scientific knowledge and hands-on understanding of diagnostic laboratory practices, he has built Smear Pathology with a clear focus on accuracy, reliability, timely reporting, and patient-centred diagnostic care.
Under his direction, the laboratory provides diagnostic services across key areas of pathology, including Histopathology, Biochemistry, Hematology, Clinical Pathology, and Microbiology. His broad understanding of these disciplines enables him to maintain a comprehensive approach to laboratory diagnostics, from routine investigations and blood analysis to specialized pathological and microbiological examinations.
Mr. Jadhav established Smear Pathology with a vision to make quality diagnostic services accessible to the people of Indapur and the surrounding region, reducing the need for patients and families to travel to Pune for reliable laboratory investigations.
